Every year the Newman Centre offers a Bible Study for university students and recent graduates. This allows for the opportunity to delve more deeply into parts of the Bible and our Faith that we might too easily take for granted. This semester we will be looking at the connection between superheroes and the Bible, or more appropriately we will be looking at several key figures in the Old Testament in an effort to understand their amazing lives a litte better and how they still relate to us today.
For those interested in attending, but unable to, you will find below several podcasts capturing some of the elements discussed at the Bible Study. Even if not interested in attending the Bible study, the podcasts give a slice to several of the major figures in the Bible and hopefully help us to see them (and even simply reading the Bible) in a different light.
